Please contact support@orbpay.com from the email address associated with your OrbPay account and request us to disable two-factor authentication.

We will then complete an identity verification process before the 2FA is removed to ensure the request is genuine.  Thereafter, you will be able to log back into your account and re-enable 2FA if you wish (highly recommended).
